  • Field Service Engineer——Central Region USA

    Job Description:

         1. Provide field service expertise, service execution and build relationships with users;
         2. Use kinds of selling methods, Set up good selling platform, keep good and long relationship with customer;
         3. Assist customers to diagnose and address PV array or application issues;
         4. Build customer confidence and ease customer experience by supporting fielded CPS products;
         5. Develop field service program for installed base in Eastern USA, collaborate with Global Services Group;
         6. Create and organize field service data and related presentations for customers and company;
         7. Be the regional expert and execution lead for field service best-practices, customer delight and efficiency;
         8. Collaborate with sales and services teams to build relationships and support new projects with customers;
         9. Drive planning and execution requirements to ensure optimal customer life-cycle experience;
         10.Participate in, and represent company at industry events, building the esteem and identity of CPS;
         11.Communicate with HQ, promptly address market and customer requests, increase customer satisfaction.

    Special Qualifications or Background Needed:

         1. Solar and/or energy industry services, commissioning, applications experience, 2-5 years is ideal;
         2. Knowledge of solar PV applications and technology (residental, commercial, utility, power conversion);
         3. Experience executing field product performance; field repair, maintenance, diagnostics and uptime;
         4. Globally minded, experience with Asia based operations, engineering resources and services headquarters;
         5. Experience with inverters, solar BoS, site and component data monitoring solutions;
         6. Knowledge with industry standards and codes (NEC, UL, IEEE, utility interactivity, SunSpec etc.);
         7. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook suite;
         8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish language experience is ideal);
         9. Multiplexer, agile, speed and problem solving oriented, systematic, organized, eager to travel regularly
         and with short notice for sake of customer satisfaction and field portfolio performance goals.

  • Sales Representative

    Headcount: 1
    Job Description:

          1. Develop photovoltaic/Wind Power clean energy and other market in the responsible account, get  market share

          and sales revenue target, development more customers and more business;
          2. Use kinds of selling methods, Set up good selling platform, keep good and long relationship with customer;
          3. Work closely with FAE, marketing and engineers to win the bidding projects and respond to customer tenders;

          RFQs;
          4. Feedback competition related information through day to day sales activities;
          5. Make quotation under the authority and provide rolling projects status and sales forecast on weekly base;
          6. Coordinate with engineering quality team to resolve quality issues;
          7. Coordinate with marketing for technical seminar, exhibitions and other market activity;
          8. Provide working report to supervisor on weekly/monthly/quarterly base;
          9. In charge of AR in responsible market;
          10.Work very closely with marketing and other teams to make certain Chint is well positioned in our products

          /systems and service offerings to compete in market;
          11.Work closely with other Chint’s branches to provide good system solutions to win the project and serve the

          customers.
    Requirements:

          1. 3+ years on sales related position in China;
          2. Previous experience with selling in Power account and related Power System product is a must;
          3. Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales and revenue growth results;
          4. Direct and Channel selling experience, Agent management skill preferred;
          5. Undergraduate Degree – on Electronics/Electrical engineering preferred;
          6. Accept frequent business trips per working demands;
          7. Teamwork,Development and Hardworking;

          9. Good discipline and dedication to job;
          10.Keep commitments and honest.
